Consultations are usually required before all new tattoo appointments. This gives you and the artist time to talk over all aspects of the design and make sure you're both on the same page with everything. It makes the design process go much smoother, making for less edits and giving you a tattoo as close to what you're wanting as possible. Consultations can be done over email if it's more convenient for you, however in-person consultations are always better. Consultations are free and come with no obligation to you. You may reschedule once without losing your deposit if you give at least 24 hours notice and reschedule within 24 hours, but any reschedules after that will cause you to forfeit your deposit and you will have to pay another deposit to reschedule.
